Instructions aren't great, but you don't really need them anyway. Only thing i had problem with is bevel fastener has left handed threads, so i almost gave myself a hernia trying to loosen it. The laser is fantastic, and it was same price as one w/o laser. I made about 100 cuts w/it out of the box and all of them were perfect. And i only lost two fingers in the process(just kidding). Comes w/a 44T blade, but what saw does come w/ a decent blade. Wouldn't trust factory blade for a bunch of trim work, so i got a Freud Diablo 80T blade for just $50. My only regret is not buying a miter saw years ago.
